Shipping Policy

• Shipping time depends on order quantity. Under normal circumstances, orders are shipped within 3 business days.
• TPE products can be shipped from our U.S. or Poland warehouse. If stock is insufficient, the order will be shipped from China.
• For large orders, please contact our customer service team to confirm shipping options.
• Custom-made products are exclusively shipped from China, and you will receive a shipping notification within 7 days.

Returns & Refused Shipments

• Returns are accepted only with prior confirmation from Nianta.
• If you wish to return an order, email Niantaa@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.
• A restocking fee & shipping charges may apply upon acceptance of the return.
